Wasp and Hornet Spray

Wasp spray is a jet aerosol insecticide for nests. Hardware and garden stores stock it.

Updated . Edited by: Ilyass Ben Hakim.

Where to buy

Hardware stores, garden centers and supermarkets stock it in spring and summer. Some products cannot ship by air, so online choice varies.

Professional insight

Pest techs choose wasp spray by jet reach and active ingredient. Wall nests need other methods.

  • Look for jet spray range on the can.
  • Foam sprays cling better to open nests.
  • Never spray nests near electrical boxes with aerosol.
  • Ground and wall voids may need dusts or a pro.
